Dispatch

Orders are packed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Tracked 24 typically arrives within 2 weekdays after dispatch. Tracked 48 typically arrives within 3 weekdays after dispatch.

Pre-order and allocation products ship separately once your order is confirmed and ready to send.

Returns

Unopened card supplies may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are in resaleable condition.

Sealed product and pre-orders are subject to different terms. Pre-order payments are taken after allocation is confirmed, not at the time you commit. If you have an issue with a sealed or pre-order product, please contact us and we will help.
